that Benny Parsons drove to his first win at Ontario Motor Speedway.
In NASCAR, speed is king and Parsons reigned supreme as the
first driver to ever qualify a stock care over 200 mph.
The 1973 Winston Cup Champion won his first Daytona 500 in
1975 and officially retired from competition in 1988. In 1994, he was inducted
into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame and by 1998 named one of the 50
greatest drivers in NASCAR history.

and the No.27 is placed proudly on both the side panels and the hood of the car.
